Research Abstract |
This research formulated a method for constructing a theory of library managementthat will yield a fitting strategy and organization structure for libraries. The studyprocess is comprised of four phases: (1) identifying business organizational andstrategic theories previously applied to libraries, and analyzing how these theorieswork on library organizations; (2) analyzing how these theories were formulated so asto determine the most suitable method for libraries; (3) formulating a method forconstructing a theory for library management (4) adapting this method for librarymanagement.
