Research Abstract |
Cell sheet engineering techniques as a cell therapy, hepatocyte growth factor(HGF) and bone morphogenetic protein 7(BMP-7) as a strong repairing factor for damaged tissue were focused. We developed the HGF and BMP-7 genetic stacking mesothelial cell sheets using the HGF transgenic cell sheets and the BMP-7 transgenic cell sheets. The developed genetic stacking cell sheets can be applied for repairing damaged by fibrosis.
