Research Abstract |
In this study, a smart siRNA-polymer conjugate was developed withan endosome-disrupting polymer via an acidic pH-responsive linkage. Ultimately, theconjugate provided siRNA with enhanced blood circulation property, and further achievedefficient gene silencing in cultured cells, probably due to facilitated endosomal escape ofsiRNA.
