Research Abstract |
Au double nanopillars(DNPs) with a gap of several tens of nanometer were fabricated on a large substrate through nanocoating lithography technique. Au DNPs showed plasmon resonances from visible to near IR wavelength. Those peaks shifted to longer wavelength region by changing surrounding refractive indices, indicating an Au DNPs function as a plasmonic sensor with a sensitivity of 1075 nm/refractive index sensitivity.
