Research Abstract |
In this project, we proposed and developed an on-chip absorption and metabolism model as an alternative method of animal tests. We performed anti-cancer drug tests with coclutured small intestine, liver and lung model cells in the device and showed a possibility of evaluation of pharmacokinetics.
