Research Abstract |
We performed siRNA knockdown experiments against factors contributing the miRNA biogenesis, and profiled nuclear RNA with high-throughput sequencing technologies. With HeliScopeCAGE that profile TSS activities quantitatively, we identified 24 promoters on sixty miRNAs. With RNA-seq, we identified more than half of the 24 miRNA promoters.
