Research Abstract

Human mesenchymal stem cell(MSC) can differentiate to adipocyte and osteoblast. Aim of this research is experimental analysis system construction for dynamic transcriptional regulatory network using this MSC differentiation model.
Three achievements indicated below could be completed. 1) 12 time points of genome wide gene expression profile of adipogenic and osteogenic from MSC, 2) Adipogenic or osteogenic specific transcription foctor list, 3) specialization of gene knock down system with siRNA and lentivirus shRNA expression vector for MSCs.
However construction of conditional shRNA expression system could not succeed. And construction of dynamic network analysis system was not finished completely in this term.
