Research Abstract |
German unfair competition Act provides qualified Consumer Organizations an Action on skimming off the illegal profit. To explore the fundamental theory of this action, this project has researched the trend of ground theory about the relationship between Competition Law and general Civil or Contract Law in Germany and Europe. As a result, a possibility to capture the Japanese Consumer Contract Act as Market Law has raised.
