| Research Abstract |
To achieve business costs reduction and business facilitation, this reseach project revealed what norms contract parties behaved in accordance with in insecurity centering on anticipatory repudiation and how legal norm evaluated their behavior ,and sought more efficient norms.
The Major findings are as follows. First, a requirement for anticipatory repudiation is definiteness. Second, an important criterion to determine whether definiteness is present is whether one party confirms the other her willingness and ability to perform or not. Third , an unjustified repudiation is one type of repudiation, which has undiscoverd.
