Research Abstract |
In this project, we compared population, land price and household income betweendisaster prevention districts and other area in zip code in Tokyo. As a result, the population decrease in designated disaster prevention districts is milder than not designated. And in disaster prevention districts, housing income is slightly higher. From these two results, we can consider the possibility of gentrification in Tokyo metropolitan area.
