Research Abstract |
Career plateau studies have focused on not only as lowered likelihood of promotion but also as other dimensions of career. This study has pay attention to Schein's career model(1971, 1978) and examines whether there is no significant relationship between the de-layered hierarchies career plateauing and HRM systems.
