Research Abstract |
This study conducted both simulation analysis and empirical studies to investigate the effect of workplaces' openness and fluidization and of the change of working styles on individuals and organizations. It revealed the conditions for workplaces' openness and fluidization to activate unexpected communication and the conditions for active unexpected communication to improve innovation and problem-solving performance.
