Research Abstract |
The traditional approach for organizational justice has focused on rational and conscious decision making process among human beings. In addition to this approach, the present study argued the intuitive and or unconscious as well as traditional approach mentioned above. Several studies suggested that insight into intuitive process might contribute to understand fairness and unfairness. Future research should try to integrate rational and intuitive approach, which lend itself to further comprehend organizational justice.
