Research Abstract |
With a purpose of the lifetime learning having changed, the change of the lifetime learning policy occurs. A purpose of this study is to clarify what kind of influence comes out for the cooperation of a school and the public library by this change. As a result of case study for the local government which pushed forward a lifetime learning policy for the purpose of the solution to local problem, the actual situation of the child service of the library in those local governments became clear. In addition, I carried out an investigation about the trend of the library service in the stricken area of Great East Japan Earthquake disaster.
