Research Abstract |
We have discussed the nonlinear feedback of cosmic rays in connection with the injection problem. By using numerical simulations and theoretical analysis, we have proposed a new injection model that can explain existing observations very well. We have also studied the stability of the cosmic ray modified shocks. In addition, we have found that a novel modified shock forms due to intense electromagnetic waves in a relativistic shock.
