Research Abstract |
In order to develop the new method for cell recovery, a high-performance magnetic beads for biotinyl-compounds recovery was developed. In addition, assesment of cell attachemenct on DNA immobilized surface, spheroid culture of primary hepatocytes, and co-culture system of cancer spheroid were demonstrated.
