Research Abstract |
This project was consisted of two major parts. Part 1 : To elucidate the effects of 8-oxo-7, 8-dihydroguanine on nucleotide diversity, we constructed of 8-oxoG motif using small organic molecules. Part 2 : Probing the requirements for catalysis in 8-oxoG repair enzymes.
