Research Abstract |
We proposed an analysis method of dc microgrids using real-time simulation, which can extend a small experimental model virtually. We made a fast response bidirectional dc voltage source, and it accomplished that the response of the dc source was 800. s when there was step change in the current reference from 1 to 5 A. After that, the dc source was connected to a small experimental system and a real-time simulator. The experimental results demonstrated the validity of the proposed method.
