Research Abstract |
The novel technology of vertical welding for a heavy joint as a alternative technology of electro-gas welding by using the new-type hot-wire laser welding method were developed. The prospects of ultra-low heat input, ultra-low dilution ratio, high-efficiency and so on could be obtained by combining remote-laser or high-power diode laser and a hot-wire system.
