Research Abstract |
The role of protein degradation pathway during fish development was characterized. Larval fish hadphysiological functions through protein degradation pathway against nutritional adaptation, migratory behavior andadaptationto environmentalstresses.Molecular chaperone CDC48 protein regulated both ubiquitin-proteasome system and autophagy, and was essential for neurodevelopment.
