Research Abstract |
To identify the genes contributing for plant mitochondrial fusion, I screened Arabidopsis mutants with defects in mitochondrial morphology. Three genes of them were newly identified. Furthermore, from results of physiological analysis, I concluded and reported that plant mitochondrial fusion needs ATP.
