Research Abstract |
In this study, we showed that novel gene fad104, a positive regulator of adipogenesis, has a crucial role for the differentiation of alveolar epithelial type II cells in lung maturation. Furthermore, we also demonstrated that fad104 was a potent inhibitor of osteblast differentiation.
