Research Abstract |
To identify calicivirus functional receptors, cellular factors binding to human Norovirus or Sapovirus-like particles have been screened using expression screening of human small intestine cDNA library. A novel plasmid-based reverse genetics system for feline calicivirus has been established. This system could be used for the production of infectious human calicivirus.
