Research Abstract |
Albumin with minor modification(i. e. Mercapto-albumin) are thought to be a target in fishing biomarker for several diseases and personalized medicine. A novel fluorescence probe specifically binding to human serum albumin and a polymer-monolithic capillary column for separation of the modified albumin were developed.
