Research Abstract |
In this study, it was suggested that selective activation of prostaglandin E_2 receptor subtype EP_2 or EP4 showed the inhibitory effect on platelet aggregation. Notably, an EP_4 agonist can inhibit human platelet aggregation with high potency, suggesting a potential of EP_4 agonists as novel anti-platelet agents.
