Research Abstract

p53 is a important for tumor suppressor gene, while it's contribution of anti-virus protection remains unclear. We found that p53 induced Fbw7βworked to anti-virus protection. Although three isoforms existed in Fbw7, it was shown that Fbw7βstrongly acts on anti-virus protection. These present results may lead to development of a novel antiviral drug.
