Research Abstract

The ligand for pre-TCR has not been identified for many years. To verifya model that we have recently proposed in vivo, we established mutant pre-TCRαchain(pTα) knock-in mice that lacks charged residues. From analysis of the mice, we first demonstrated that immature antigen receptor spontaneously induces signals through charged residues in pTαin vivo.
