Research Abstract |
A method for analyzing patient data inHospital Information System is constructed in order to indicate the effectiveness of secondary use of the data. We constructed feature extraction algorithm of ultrasound image, classification algorithm of blood gas test value based on fuzzy inference, and estimation algorithm of HbA1c with particle filter in space state model.
