Research Abstract

In this research, I studied a simple method for determining triglycerides(TG) in each of serum lipoproteins. Potential possibilities, as a result, were found with a selective HDL-TG measurement, using a combination of suitable enzymes and detergents. This method, if further modified, may be available as a clinical laboratory testing
