Research Abstract |
We generated lung specific IL-25 transgenic (C57BL/6 CC10 IL-25) mice and C57BL/6 CC10 IL-25 NKT cell-deficient mice, and performed histopathological analysis, immune-histochemistry, and gene expression analysis. The results suggest that IL-25-NKT cell pathway is involved in the development of pulmonary arterial muscularization.
