Research Abstract |
We successfully developed the high thorough-put and high sensitive method to measure autophagic activity of human activated T cells on flow cytometry. Using this method, we analysed the functional significance of autophagy for stress by cell replication, drugs. We confirmed that autophagy had inhibitory effects on apoptotic cell death of activated T cells.
