Research Abstract |
To investigate the molecular mechanism underlying the pathogenesis of Diamond-Blackfan anemia, we have developed a zebrafish model and carried out microarray analyses to quantify translating mRNAs from polysomal fractions. We found that translational efficiency of some genes required for erythropoiesis had affected.
