Research Abstract

本研究の目的は、双極性障害(BD)の神経認知機能障害と、拡散テンソル画像(DTI)を用いた異方性低下の関連の検討である。
平成23年度は、双極I型障害(BpI)5名(男/女=3/2、34-44歳)、双極II型障害(BpII)5名(男/女=3/2、25-49歳)、および性別と年齢をマッチさせた健常対象者(Hc)7名(男/女=4/3、30-45歳)の神経認知機能検査(統合失調症認知機能簡易尺度日本語版BACS)および3テスラ憾工を用いたDTIの測定を行い、予備的な解析を行った。
神経認知機能検査では言語性記憶、DTIでは脳梁、左前視床放線、左鈎状束のFA値(fractional anisotropy)に対する解析を行った。
