Research Abstract |
We found that myoclonin1 modulates ER-Ca^<2+> homeostasis through interaction with C-terminal of IP_3R1.Our results suggest that impaired intracellular Ca^<2+> mobilization may be the molecular basis for epilepsy caused by EFHC1 mutations.
