Research Abstract |
Bypass surgery is a surgical procedure performed for dialysis shunt, coronary artery, or gastric bypass. The gun-sight approach, a method of passing a single needle through two snares places in two different lumia, can be used to create a percutaneous bypass between two hollow organ as a minimum invasive therapy. Percutaneous bypass creation using a modified gun-sight approach with a pull-through string and pull-through tow wire is established as a feasible and effective method to create bypass between two hollow organs.
