Research Abstract |
We reported a novel primary culture system, Cancer Tissue-Originated S heroid (CTOS) method. In the present study, we tried to establish the radio sensitivity assay using CTOSs from lung cancer patients. CTOSs from different patients showed a variety of radiosensitivitiy, which reflected the therapeutic effect in mice tunlors. CTOS would be applicable for predicting individual radio sensitivity.
