Research Abstract |
This study demonstrated that statin might have the reductive effect of reperfusion injury and liver fibrosis in the early phase after liver transplantation potentially. However statin didn' t have enough effects of immunosuppression after liver transplantation. There was room in optimal dosage of statin and the modification of rat model. It must be necessary to continue the evaluation of mechanism of statin in liver transplantation.
