Research Abstract |
Evaluating in 17 healthy volunteers and 36 hepatocellular carcinoma patients, FACS withthe markers of CD44, CD90, and EpCAM revealed that the proportion of CD90+ / CD45- cellswere higher in the patients of hepatocellular carcinoma, especially in Stage III / IVcases. With in vitro studies, six hepatocellular carcinoma cell lines expressed any twoof cancer stem cell markers such as CD90, CD133, CD44, EpCAM, and CD13
