Research Abstract |
The mutation of Hedgehog (Hh) signal is associated with the proliferation or the carcinogenesis of several adult cancers, but little is known about child cancers. We investigated the antitumor effect of the Gli1 inhibitor Forskolin against child cancer cells, focusing on Hh signal pathway as a therapeutic target.
