Research Abstract |
Using the Sprague-Dawley rat fetuses, we was carried out to create NEC(necrotizing enterocolitis) model. We gave high concentration meal, hypoxia, oral administration of LPS(lipopolysaccharide). We succeed to creating of NEC model although, control of incidence rate was difficult, and bogged the survival.
