Research Abstract |
It was suggested that adipose-derived stem cells, collagen scaffolds, TGFβ and hydrostatic pressure are important for in vitro cartilage regeneration. However, it has also revealed that continuous mechanical forces are necessary to maintain the structure of implanted cartilage in vivo.
