Grant-in-Aid for Young Scientists (B)
Osteoblastic viability and functional expression on beta-tricalcium phosphate(β-TCP) were improved by application of anti-oxidant amino acid derivative, N-acetyl cysteine(NAC), on the material. It was indicated that NAC enhanced bone regeneration onβ-TCP material.
