Research Abstract |
Intrathecal administration of pain-related drugs and nanobubbles extended duration of antinociceptive action in a postoperative pain rat model. Pain-related gene transfer into surgical site with nanobubbles also produced antinociceptive effectson heat and mechanical stimuli. These results suggest that introducing pain-related molecules into surgical site or spinal cord using nanobubbles extends the duration of action and produces antinociceptive effect safely.
