Research Abstract |
The aim of study is to clarify relationship between brain activation during walking among older adults with mild cognitive impairment. Brain activation in prefrontal region was higher during dual-task walking than normal walking. Brain activation during dual-task walking correlated with executive function. We reveal dual-task walking could activate prefrontal region in brain among older adults with mild cognitive impairments.
