Research Abstract |
Through the analysis of policy documents it has been ascertained that bilateral aid agencies which support education in Cambodia are pursuing divergent paths. While on the one hand Japan and Korea appear to be following the traditional OECD donor path, China is establishing a new modality, and perhaps model, as an aid donor.
