Research Abstract |
For the future spaceborne gravitational-wave detector, we have developed the capacitive sensor and actuator for controlling a test-mass motion in space. Suspended by a double torsion pendulum, the test mass is kept almost free from the seismic motion in its 2 degrees of freedom.
