Research Abstract

Malignant Melanomas is representative treatment resistant tumor, and the generating mechanism is not clarified yet, therefore, it waits for mechanism elucidation. We have successfully generated the novel mice model by combination with humanized mouse skin and genetic manipulations. Now, we are analyzing the melanoma genesis mechanism in detail by using their novel model
