Research Abstract

The role of Filamin A in skeletalgenesis.
I previously identified Filamin A as a Runx2-binding factor. Current study focused on Filamin A action on skeletalgenesis. Filamin A failed to influence to Runx-dependent transcriptional activity, while inhibited chondrocytes differentiation.
