Research Abstract |
We produced the NG2 (+) cell conditional dysfunction mice for purposes of elucidation of schizophrenia. About 50 % of NG2 (+) cells were impaired by tamoxifen treatment in the NG2 (+) cell conditional dysfunction mice.
