Research Abstract |
The factors promoting reflection among nursing practitioners were identified through a review of related literature, a semi-structured interview from five expert public health nurses(PHNs) for developing of public health nurses' competencies in building and developing a community comprehensive supporting system. The process and effect factors of developing competencies were clarified through a continuous semi-structured interview from four PHNs.
